4 Tests to Qualify

1. Service During a War Time Period
You must have served 90 consecutive days and at least one (1) day must have been during a war time period. This service does not have to be in combat.

2. Medical Need for some help (Aid & Attendance)
You do not have to be disabled, just in need of some help to assist in one (1) Activity of Daily Living (ADL).

3. Income Qualification
There are many deductions that are available to reduce the “VA Countable Income” to zero.  We know how to get you 100% benefits.

4. Asset Qualification
There are 2 categories of assets: Available and Exempt. You can move assets from the Available category to the Exempt and vice versa.
